You are not obligated to work with a Buyers Agent when purchasing a home. You can always go directly to a builder or call any agent who has a home listed that you are interested in. But the builders agents and the sellers agents are legally obligated to look out for their clients best interests, leaving you out there all alone. Working with a Buyers Agent is always a smart move. Best is that you will not pay for that service. The Buyers Agent gets paid by the seller when the home closes. We would love to be your Buyers Agent and help you find the home of your dreams and work with you through negotiating and closing.
We work with a lot of out-of-state buyers that are looking to relocate. We can help you narrow down choices of neighborhoods to help maximize your visit to Florida. We can send you info and photos of properties or neighborhoods you are interested in. Once you make a decision, all paperwork can be done electronically. Since we are local we will stop in and check on the new construction and keep you up to date while also keeping you in the loop with photos and videos of the progress.
We have children that attend the schools here in Horizon West, so we have first hand knowledge and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We also stay up-to-date on new school construction. Orange County has plans for 14 new schools in the next several years.
